get something close with DATCOM+. Computational Fluid Dynamics is pretty much what it does (correct me if I am wrong)
DATCOM+ doesn't do CFD.
CFD for an F-15 would take probably an entire month on a modern high spec server; In 2006 using 1000 processors gives 5 seconds per CFD iteration. An aeromodel requires around 10k CFD iteration this works out at roughly 631 CPU Core days. ref: http://www.cobaltcfd.com/pdfs/AIAA_2006_0901_F15spin.pdf
This isn't counting the amount of time to setup a CFD mesh (which is probably months of work). So even with fast computers a CFD derived aero model is going to be years of work.
There are other ways that use less CPU; at some point I might be able to publish a useful report about this.
